Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Intentional ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Intentional is a screen time management app that helps you control access to selected apps on your device using Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks. The App allows you to create timed sessions during which selected apps are accessible.

Subscriptions

Intentional requires an active subscription to use after the initial setup. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the same rate.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Use of Screen Time & Family Controls

The App uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks to manage app access on your device. You acknowledge that:

• You are granting the App permission to restrict and unrestrict access to apps you select.
• The App operates within Apple's framework limitations and may not function if Screen Time permissions are revoked.
• You are responsible for managing your own app selections and session settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal screen time management. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent the App's subscription or access controls.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or inability to access apps on your device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
